Moderators must regulate discussions and posts on The Som's forum, blog, and video pages. They should be knowledgeable and have the people skills to moderate discussions. They also have perks such as special tags, roles, and priority in those sectors of The Som. Because of their oversight, they will also have the ability to give input to admins about high performers or those who are not adequately fulfilling their duties.

Web designing roles will be applicable to both The Som's web
infrastructure as well as the web development of other Som endeavors. For now, focus will be on The Som's website - but
startup projects will require this team as well.

Marketing is self-explanatory. Those on the marketing team will focus on branding and publicizing The Som to grow our organization and its associated businesses.

The field of business development goes hand in hand, but there are some key differences. People in business development will have to come up with
unique ideas regarding The Som's expansion and play a key role in both
posing and finalizing business decisions. For example, they might focus on developing relationships with other businesses to increase revenue and potential for growth.

A good business development manager identifies new business
opportunities within The Som and with other companies. In doing so,
they’ll consider new markets, areas where we might expand, new
partnerships, ways to reach other existing markets, and ways to appeal to our target audience.

Those in the operations management field are either in the board
or will work closely with the board.

Those in operations management are in charge of assisting leads
in task delegation and making sure everyone is up to speed and
on track. They also work in general organization, making sure resources
are in one place and due dates are known and met. Effecienty
maintanence is key!

They help decide what roles are needed within The Som, recognize
high performers, lead meetings, and decide what the organization
structure should look like.
